This is an original vintage ladies stretch belt. The buckle is an original from the 1920's - 1930's. It is made of gold metal with ornate designs and is decorated with multicolored rhinestones and a red glass focal bead in the middle. I think the elastic stretch belt has been added to the buckle at a later time. The elastic is adjustable and measures 27 inches when lying flat. It does have some stretch but not a lot. Another elastic belt can be added if you need a larger size. The buckle measures 2 3/4 inches in width when clasped together and 1 3/4 inches in height.
