This is a gorgeous antique wooden jewelry or trinket box. It has a beautiful inlay on the top. It would have once had a key to lock it but the key and escutcheon plate are no longer with the box. It is in very good condition for its age. This box measures 9 1/4 inches or 21 cm in length, 5 1/2 inches or 14 cm in width and 2 3/4 inches or 7 cm in height.
