This is a lovely treen wood round jewelry or trinket or supplies storage box from the early 1900's. It measures 3 3/4 inches in diameter and 1 3/4 inches in height. It has a horse and tree carved onto the top which may have been done by poker. It also has beautiful hand painted or dyed designs on the edges and outside. It does have some wear and surface scratches due to age and use but I think this only adds character.
