This is an original antique Victorian ladies hand fan from the late 1800's - early 1900's. It is made of silk with a celluloid spine. The silk has hand painted and hand embroidered blue flowers. It has a tassel hanging from the metal hoop at the bottom. This fan measures 8 1/4 inches in height and 15 inches in width when spread out. The first spine is detached from the silk and last spine is broken at the top as photographed. Other than that, it is in very good condition for its age.
