This is a beautiful original watercolor art painting dated 1894. It is hand titled on the bottom left side, On The Tay and signed and dated by the artist, J. Young 1894 on the bottom right side. It comes framed although the frame is not as old as the painting. Framed, it measures 16 1/2 inches in length and 13 1/2 inches in height. It is in great condition. The Tay is in Scotland.
