This is a beautiful original antique carved wood box from the 1800's. It can be used to store jewelry, trinkets, sewing supplies, etc. It measures 9 1/2 inches in length, 5 1/2 inches in width and 4 1/2 inches in height. It has a repaired crack on the top lid and the side panel of the top lid on the right side is missing although this cannot be seen from the front. It would have once had a key but the key is no longer with the box. Other than that, it is in good condition for its age.
