This is a beautiful wooden desk top letter rack organizer from the late 1800's - early 1900's. It has a copper metal shield on the front and two separate compartments for paper, envelopes, pens, etc. It measures 8 1/2 inches or 21.5 cm in length, 5 inches or 2512.8 cm in height and 3 inches or 7.7 cm in depth. It has some light surface scratches as photographed due to age and use and other than that, it is in very good condition for its age.
